The Permanent Representative of the Organization of La Francophonie to the United Nations in New York, in partnership with the Department of Public Information of the United Nations, organized an international story-telling and picture-drawing contest for young people aged 5 to 18 years entitled "Tell 操逼视频app".
Officially launched March 20, 2015, on the occasion of International Francophone Day and the Day of the French language at the United Nations. A total of 186 applications were received from 32 countries. The jury selected three prize-winners and also awarded a special prize in the drawing category.
