The UNA Southwestern Connecticut Chapter and the Town of Westport invite our friends from the United Nations Staff and Missions to be our guests in Westport for a day of summer fun! We started this tradition in 1965 and we¡¯ve never missed a year.
- Breakfast in downtown Westport along the Saugatuck River
- Enjoy the Sunrise Rotary Duck Race Raffle It¡¯s the cutest race you¡¯ve ever seen. There¡¯s also a Nerdy Derby for kids to make and race their own cars.
- Food trucks
- Access to Compo Beach (access to the public is limited and normally a $70 charge per car)
- Swim and Play Tennis at Longshore ¨C a beautiful park on Long Island Sound
- Free tour of Earthplace Nature Center ¨C see the owls and walk the trails
- Free tour of the Wakeman Town Farm ¨C learn about the gardens and visit alpacas and goats and chickens
- Golf at Longshore Golf Club (for experienced players only)
- Shopping and Fine Dining in Westport
